First Time Customers

  • Each session is charged at a 1/4 hr*
  • Every session will be rounded to the nearest hour
  • All sessions are automatically time clocked for accuracy
  • Video records of the remote session are available to customers at an additional cost**

Remote Access Procedure

Remote access is available during office hours:

Monday-Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

To set up a remote session call (610) 983-4461 to confirm availability and to process initial 1/4 hr. payment, any additional time will be billed to your card and a copy of your invoice will be mailed to the address/e-mail address provided, upon completion of the requested remote session.

Customer Must be using a high speed internet connection
Hard wired connection the internet is preferred but not mandatory
